Calyx Group 24/7 is positioned between our customers and the telecommunication providers. The team endeavors to be the first and only required call, managing all further activities proactively through the management of intercommunications and actions with all the relevant parties.

Our position, and strength, in the marketplace has enabled the forging of strong peer-to-peer relationships with our counterparts within the chosen provider. These relationships are further strengthened during regular service review meetings which are chaired by the Calyx 24/7 department head. These relationships are used to ensure that any raised service requests are efficiently progressed to the agreed timescales; and any concerns are resolved with the relevant escalation manager.
