Partner Service Centre

The Partner Service Centre acts as a central support function for all our partners and customers. Working with your account manager, we act as a further point of contact for quotation requests and general enquiries and we can offer advice and information relating to all our products and services.

As part of our commitment to excellence we operate guarantees across all aspects of our service.

  • Enquiries
    All enquiries are responded to within 24 hours by telephone or email
  • Quotation Turnaround
    The Partner Service Centre pledges to turnaround all pricing requests in accordance with our published SLA (see table below for details).
  • Order Logging
    We guarantee that orders are logged onto our internal systems in a timely manner and are progressed through to our Service Delivery department without unnecessary delay.
